Chelsea's long-term goals include running for local office, advocating for policy changes that support environmental sustainability, and continuing to build her community through grassroots organizing. She hopes to one day establish her own eco-friendly business, providing innovative solutions for urban sustainability.

Chelsea grew up in a close-knit family with her parents, Maria and Carlos Romero, and her younger brother, Mateo. Her parents, both high school sweethearts, own a small, family-run restaurant in East LA, where Chelsea spent much of her childhood helping out with various tasks.
