The LED on the keypad should start flashing (usually Red/Blue).
This can often be fixed in the Service Menu . Download V56 031 1024x600 Panel USB rar
Since the V56 is a "universal" board, it does not know which screen is connected until you flash the correct software. The LED on the keypad should start flashing

To access the factory settings, press Input + 2580 or Menu + 1147 on the remote. Are you using a 5-key or 7-key button board?
