Do you have downloaded in that same folder, or is Part 3 the only one you have?
: Ensure you have all the downloaded files in the same folder (e.g., part1.rar , part2.rar , part3.rar , etc.). If any part is missing, the extraction will fail.
: Right-click on eFootball.PES.2020.part1.rar . You do not need to extract Part 3 individually. WinRAR is designed to automatically pull data from all numbered parts as long as they are in the same folder.
