: Put the soaked paper into a blender and fill it mostly with water. Blend until it reaches a smooth, soup-like consistency.

: Pour the pulp into a large tub of water and stir. Dip a mould and deckle (a frame with a screen) into the mixture, then lift it horizontally to catch a thin, even layer of pulp.

: Use an old picture frame and attach a piece of window screen or fine mesh to the back.
