: Select the range in Excel, click the arrow next to Copy , and choose Copy as Picture .

Inside the brackets, type: INCLUDEPICTURE "«PicturePath»" (Insert the actual merge field name between the quotes using the button). Finish and Refresh : Go to Finish & Merge > Edit Individual Documents > All .
