Cut two strips of 3/4" plywood at 36" long.
🎯 MDF can sag over time under the weight of a heavy router. Add hardwood stiffeners underneath the tabletop to keep it dead flat.
🔌 Wire a paddle-style safety power switch to the outside of the frame. This allows you to turn the router on and off without reaching blindly underneath the table.
