In a small village in Uşak, there lived a young man and a beautiful girl who were deeply in love. They wanted to marry, but they faced a major obstacle: their were either feuding or belonged to different social circles that made a formal union impossible.
To see each other, the young man would often sneak through the village at night. The girl's house was located next to the house of a man named (their neighbor). However, things didn't go as planned. Whether he lost his nerve, the gap was too wide, or he feared being caught by the neighbors and shaming the girl, he found himself stuck on the roof, unable to make the leap.
