Upon first launch, OnyX will ask for Full Disk Access . You must grant this in System Settings > Privacy & Security for the app to perform maintenance on system files.
You don't need to use OnyX daily. Running the standard Maintenance script once a month is generally sufficient to keep a Mac running smoothly.
After running maintenance or cleaning tasks, OnyX will prompt you to restart your Mac to complete the process and clear active memory caches.
Use this to delete "system junk," such as old log files and temporary caches that can slow down your Mac or eat up storage.
Ensure you download the specific version for macOS Ventura (OnyX 4.3.x) from the Titanium Software website .
