(Season 21) follows Ash Ketchum and his classmates at the Pokémon School as they become the Ultra Guardians . Tasked by Lusamine, the group goes on high-stakes missions to rescue "Ultra Beasts" that have wandered into the Alola region through Ultra Wormholes and safely return them to their home dimensions.
A major highlight of this season is Ash’s deepening bond with the mysterious and the legendary Cosmog (whom he nicknames Nebby). The journey takes an epic turn as the team travels to the Alonla region's altar to face the "Blinding One," Necrozma , in a battle to restore light to the Pokémon world.
