The story follows Lance Sterling, the world's most charismatic and skilled secret agent, who is the polar opposite of Walter Beckett, a socially awkward but brilliant young scientist who designs Sterling's gadgets. When a mission goes wrong, Walter accidentally transforms Lance into a pigeon to help him go "undercover". The two must then learn to work as a team to save the world from a looming threat.
