The Last: Kingdom 5x9

The plan goes awry when the group is discovered. In a pivotal and tragic moment, the former antagonist Haesten sacrifices his life to protect the group and ensure they can continue their mission.

After initial hesitation, King Edward is convinced by Aelswith and Eadgifu to support Uhtred's claim to Bebbanburg. Edward marches his army north to confront the combined forces of King Constantin of Scotland and the traitorous Aethelhelm.
